Mihir Shah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University.
His strong combination of technical knowledge and business acumen enables him to align technology-driven innovation with strategic business growth seamlessly.
Mihir Shah specializes in the delivery management of HCM SaaS suite implementation projects, including Oracle, Workday, and SuccessFactors. He has successfully led large-scale global implementations, overseeing technical work streams such as data migration, integrations, and reporting. Throughout his career, Mihir has held key roles in Project Management, Technical Delivery, Integration Architecture, and Offshore Resource Management. Currently, he is leading the technical delivery for a major public sector Oracle HCM implementation. His previous experience includes serving as Engagement Manager for Wood Group’s global Oracle HCM Cloud rollout and as Technical Lead for Sainsbury’s Oracle HCM implementation, delivering complex integrations and high-volume data migrations
