At KONCPT AI, Dr. Zakir Laliwala leads the AI product strategy and enterprise solution delivery, driving innovation across all areas of the organization. His leadership has driven the development of scalable AI SaaS products focused on automation and intelligent operations, AI Workforce Agent Stack, and advancements in Agentic RAG and domain-specific AI consulting. Over the years, he has trained 1000+ developers, mentored startup founders, and led global digital transformation initiatives across the USA, UK, GCC, and India — delivering projects for a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs and MSMEs to government organizations and fast-scaling tech startups around the globe.
