  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) is required.

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where service delivery has not been initiated or there is a verifiable defect.

Refund Process

  2. Our support team will assess the request and may ask for additional information.

  3. If eligible, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items & Services

  • Customized solutions, consultations, and strategy reports once delivered.

  • Completed digital services or downloads.

  • Discounted services or promotional offerings.

  • Subscription-based services after the billing cycle has begun.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders or service agreements can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided the work has not yet started.

  • If the service has been initiated or a project has begun, cancellation will not be possible.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
